Download WhatsApp Latest Free Version to Get a New Free Calling Experience

When talking about instant messaging, the story won’t be complete with a single mention of WhatsApp.
This is true because WhatsApp has over 700 million people from around the world who make daily use of the app.
As long as you have an internet connection, be it a 2G, 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi, you can send and receive instant messages from all places of the world without having to pay anything for these messages. These messages are not whatsoever limited and they can include videos, texts, voice notes as well as images.
One thing you need to realize is that there is a huge difference between using a Wi-Fi connection and using mobile data when communicating on WhatsApp. While using data connection will attract charges from your local mobile company or telecom carrier, using Wi-Fi will ask for nothing and as such, you will use WhatsApp without incurring any extra charges.
WhatsApp is a freemium app
WhatsApp is a free app that must be paid for after a certain period, hence the “freemium” tag. Using WhatsApp for the first one year is free. However, after the first one year of usage is over, you must start paying a fee of $0.99 per year in order to keep using the app. This is a very small fee considering the fact that after parting with it, you will stay connected with your friends from the rest of the world for free.
WhatsApp voice calls in stable Android version
Users of WhatsApp on Android devices are currently the only users that can make use of the new voice calling feature of WhatsApp. This feature has less than a month since it received its stable version. Before that, Android users had to get the feature via invitations. This meant that only those who had activated the feature could pass it on to others by calling them. However, the recipient had to be using at least Android 4.0 and above.
This has since then changed and if you go to the Google Play Store and download WhatsApp 2.12.5 free version, you will be able to start making WhatsApp voice calls right away. The feature is not yet available for other users of the application namely Windows Phone and iOS. However, the latest word on the street suggests that users of iPhones will be the next in line to get this update after it has been completely implemented on Android.
A new WhatsApp UI
Once you have installed the latest WhatsApp 2.12.5 from the official Google Play Store, you will notice a slight change in the interface of the app. The home screen is now tabbed with “Calls”, “Chats”, and “Contacts” tabs.
The Calls tab homes the list of calls you make, receive as well as those you have missed. When in this tab, you can initiate a voice call by simply tapping on the Call icon at the top right corner and you will immediately see a list of all the contacts in your app. Tap on a contact to start a voice call.
If you are looking for the best quality of WhatsApp voice calls, make sure you have a fast internet connection.
