In the box we get, pair of earphones and two extra pairs of silicon rubber of different sizes. You can have anyone according to the size of your ear canal. Under the silicon rubber, there is an earpiece which has a nice metal grill which gives clear and crisp sound output. The wire of earphones is very thin and made up rubber. You would not get a braided wire in CX 180.
There is also a wire splitter which makes the wire management easy. There is no mic in CX 180 also there is no inline remote for volume adjustments or to control music. The 3.5mm jack is gold plated. There is also a wire clipper to clip the extra wire.
Talking about the hardware, the whole pair of Sennheiser CX 180 earphones are made up of rubberized Plastic. The earpiece has glossy finishing at the front (Black part) and at the back, there is Rubberised plastic (Grey) having matte finishing. This not looks that good. But inside the earphones, all things are quite balanced. If you love the drops of EDM, electronic or Dubstep then you gonna love this. If you want more bass, you can play with equalizer and you can raise the bass part from an equalizer.

• There is no Mic. You cannot use it for calling or to give voice commands to Google Now or to Siri.
• Dear Sennheiser, if you are making an earphone for Music lovers it’s OK to not to include Mic but at least add inline remote for adjusting Volume or to change track. So, no inline remote.
• The silicon rubber is dust lover. You cannot just place them anywhere having dust displacement.
