Windows 10 Insider (Technical) Preview Build 10074 Available for Download

If you are using Windows 10 Insider Preview (previously known as Technical Preview) in your computer, here is a good news for you. Microsoft has released another new update Build 10074of Windows 10 to public.
The new build is available for download via Windows Update, so it'll be automatically downloaded and installed in all computers running Windows 10 Technical Preview soon.
If you want to manually download and install the new build ASAP, you can do this using following simple steps:
1. Open Settings app from Start Menu.
2. Click on Update and recovery icon.
3. Now click on Advanced Options link present in right-side pane and select "Fast" option from the drop-down box.
Go back to previous page and it'll automatically start checking for new builds. Otherwise you can click on "Check now" button.

4. Click on "Download now" button to start downloading the new update build of Windows 10.
After downloading the build, your computer will automatically restart to install the new update.
The download size will be around 2 or 3 GB depending upon the computer architecture (32-bit or 64-bit) and system language.

New Features and Improvements in New Build:
  • Return of Windows 7 style Aero glass transparency with blur (Check This)
  • New live tile animation in Start Menu
  • New sound scheme
  • Improvements to Continuum aka Tablet mode
  • Improvements to Task View (Virtual or Multiple Desktops), Alt+Tab and Snap Assistant
  • Improvements to Cortana
  • Some updated apps
  • Improvements to Windows Store beta
Fixes in New Build:
  • Users can now launch Win32 (or desktop) apps from Start menu. In previous build this functionality was broken.
  • You can now download music in Xbox Music and Music Preview apps.
  • When you minimize an app which is playing audio, it should continue playing in background.
Known Issues and Their Workarounds in New Build:
  • There is a new "Developer Mode" option present in Settings app for installing and testing apps on this build. But developers cannot enable it. It'll be enabled in upcoming builds. In the meantime, interested people will need to enable their device for development using Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc).
  • Sometimes you'll not be able to play some games in full screen mode. An update to fix this issue will be released soon via WU.
  • People app will continue to crash. An update for this app will be available soon through Store Beta to fix this problem.
