Motorola Moto E (2 Gen) LTE Flipkart Sale to Start on 20 April Midnight

It's been only a few days since Motorola Moto E (2 Gen) LTE variant's pre-order service went live in India, now the device will finally be available for consumers to purchase on Flipkart later on Monday.Indian arm of Motorola (via Twitter) confirmed that LTE enabled Moto E (2 Gen) will go on sale on Flipkart on 20 April midnight (that's technically on 21 April) for ₹7,999.

For the uninitiated, 4G and 3G models of Moto E (2 Gen) have pretty much the same hardware configuration except the SoC (System on Chip). The former houses more advanced 64-bit class 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 series SoC (System on Chip), whereas the latter comes packed with 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 series processor.

Other stipulated features include 1GB RAM, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, 8GB inbuilt memory, 5mp camera on the rearside, 0.3mp (VGA) snapper on the front side and a high capacity 2,390mAh battery, which can run the phone for close to 24 hours under mixed usage.

Competition:

With a sub-₹8000 price tag, Moto E (2 Gen) LTE model will be up against the feature-rich Xiaomi Redmi 2, recently released Lenovo A6000 Plus, Xperia E4g, HTC Desire 326G and the soon-to-be-launched Micromax Canvas Spark.
